As Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be an integral part of our sales team, responsible for driving market awareness and penetration for our Salesforce and Data practices. Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead generation through active prospecting – Cold calling and email.
Manage inbound leads that are driven by outbound effort.
Nurture early-stage opportunities.
Partner with core seller to identify and design calling campaigns – Target Market, Segment, Titles, Buyer persona’s etc.
Actively leverage the Salesforce CRM and ZoomInfo for all your work.
Key Skills Required:
2 years of demonstrated success in business development.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
Skilled at objection handling.
Never give up mentality.
Ability to research target organizations and tailor messaging based on research and target buyer.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
Be a self-starter and create content, campaigns etc. Ideation on how to penetrate the market and the will and tenacity to do so.
Excellent listening and presentation abilities.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2 years in business development in IT.
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
