NetSuite Functional Consultant

Location: India – Noida, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Pune, Nagpur

Lirik is currently seeking talented NetSuite Implementation Consultants to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in delivering implementation services to our valued customers. Your responsibilities will include assessing customer functional requirements and developing a comprehensive plan to configure, customize, and deliver solutions within the NetSuite platform. Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and gather requirements for NetSuite ERP implementation or customization projects.
  • Solution Design: Utilize in-depth knowledge of NetSuite ERP capabilities to design comprehensive solutions that address client requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Configuration and Customization: Configure NetSuite ERP modules and customize functionalities to meet specific client needs, ensuring optimal system performance and usability.
  • System Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of configured NetSuite solutions, identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
  • User Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on NetSuite ERP functionalities and workflows, offering ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals to ensure clear understanding and effective use of NetSuite solutions.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, addressing any concerns or questions, and maintaining positive client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on NetSuite product updates and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for system enhancements or process improvements to drive client success and satisfaction.

Key Skills Required:

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience working with NetSuite ERP, with a strong background in Finance and Accounting.
  • Desired: Previous experience with NetSuite implementation.
  • Proficient in common industry-standard business practices related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing), Sales Force Management (Opportunity, Proposal, Sales Orders, Forecasting, Territory Management, and Quotas), and Inventory Management (Purchasing and Fulfillment).
  • Familiarity with additional areas such as Accounting (Payroll, Expense Tracking, Multi-currency, Commissions), Sales Force Automation (Returns, Team Selling), and Marketing Campaigns/Web presence (Net or Ecommerce, Shopping carts, Website layout).
  • Experience in running searches, reporting, scripting, generating financial statements, and building WorkFlows.
  • Strong client management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with customers to execute implementation plans.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Certifications: NS Suite-Foundation, NetSuite Suite Foundation Certification, NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification.
