Title: Program Manager - Salesforce Implementations

Location: US - Remote

Lirik helps customers automate key business processes using CRM and ERP and make informed decisions by unifying Data across the enterprise systems. We are looking for a Program Manager with a proven track record in Salesforce implementations to join our team. This individual will act as the primary liaison between clients and our technical teams, ensuring successful delivery of complex Salesforce programs. While our primary focus areas include healthcare and hi-tech, this role will also support clients across a wide range of industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for client stakeholders, building trusted and long-term partnerships.
Oversee multiple Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
Translate business requirements into functional/technical specifications with the support of business analysts and architects.
Drive project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Identify and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.
Act as the bridge between clients and developers, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
Foster collaboration between cross-functional teams including developers, architects, QA, and business stakeholders.
Support change management and user adoption initiatives.
Provide input into solution design, leveraging both technical understanding of Salesforce and functional business knowledge.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and expand relationships.

Key Skills Required:

Strong understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.) and integrations.
Functional knowledge of business processes such as sales, service, marketing, or operations.
Experience working with healthcare and/or hi-tech clients required.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to manage complex programs with multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications:

Experience: Should have atleast 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in IT consulting or a related field, with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Certifications: Salesforce certifications (Admin, Consultant) and/or Project Management certifications (PMP, CSM) are a plus.
