Title: Salesforce Enterprise Architect – Complex Transformation Program

Location: USA / Canada - Remote

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Enterprise Architect to lead the design and execution of a large-scale, complex enterprise transformation program. This role will be responsible for defining the overall Salesforce architecture, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across multiple Salesforce clouds, strong architectural governance, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment (Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position). 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Architecture Leadership
    • Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture across the organization.
    • Establish scalable, secure, and high-performing design patterns.
    • Drive architecture governance, standards, and best practices.
  • Transformation Program Execution
    • Lead architecture for complex transformation initiatives, including org consolidation, re-platforming, or greenfield implementations.
    • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
    • Ensure alignment across multiple workstreams and integrated systems.
  • Salesforce Domain Expertise
    • Architect and oversee implementations across:
      • Sales Cloud.
      • Service Cloud.
      • CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote).
      • PRM (Partner Relationship Management).
    • Design solutions for complex pricing, quoting, partner ecosystems, and customer service operations.
  • Security & Compliance
    • Define and enforce Salesforce security architecture.
    • Deep understanding of:
      • Role hierarchy, sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
      • Data security, governance, and compliance best practices.
    • Ensure adherence to enterprise security standards.
  • Innovation & Emerging Capabilities
    • Stay current with the latest Salesforce innovations, including Agentforce and AI-driven capabilities.
    • Guide teams on adopting new features and implementing them effectively.
    • Evaluate and recommend new tools and accelerators.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and technical teams.
    • Communicate complex architectural concepts in a clear and actionable way.
    • Facilitate alignment between business priorities and technical execution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work across product, engineering, sales, operations, and finance teams.
    • Balance competing priorities and drive decision-making.
    • Mentor architects, developers, and analysts.

Key Skills Required:

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems, with significant focus on Salesforce architecture.
  • Proven experience leading complex enterprise transformation programs.
  • Deep expertise in:
    • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and PRM.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture and limitations.
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Integration patterns (APIs, middleware such as MuleSoft).
    • Data architecture and migration strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working in Hi-Tech, SaaS, or software product companies.
  • Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred).
    • Application/System Architect.
  • Experience with large-scale integrations across enterprise systems (ERP, billing, marketing automation, etc.).
  • Familiarity with agile delivery models and DevOps tools.
